Real Estate Developer | Advocate for Women’s RenewalFrancesca Petroski is dedicated to helping women rediscover who they are and step into the life they were always meant to live. Based in La Jolla, California, she brings a unique blend of business experience, psychological insight, and heartfelt purpose to her work.
With a BA in Business and Fashion from Washington State University and a master’s in Psychology, Francesca began her career as a therapist supporting women affected by domestic violence. She spent 20 years with Merck & Co., ultimately serving as Senior Account Representative, and later built a successful path in hospitality, real estate investment, design, and personal development.
Francesca is a certified life coach and central to her approach is the belief that women have the opportunity to reinvent themselves at any stage of life. Through her offerings, she creates space for women to step forward with clarity, intention, and freedom.

Yoga Teacher | Integrative Health Coach | Mindfulness FacilitatorJenna Ramsey is a certified yoga teacher and integrative health coach with a master’s degree in Integrative Health Studies from the California Institute of Integral Health (CIIS) and a BA from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). With nearly a decade of experience teaching yoga and mindfulness, she brings grounded wisdom, gentle strength, and a nurturing presence to her work.
Before fully stepping into the wellness world, Jenna was Director of Client Relations and an event manager at The Ritz-Carlton, where she mastered the art of creating meaningful, high-touch experiences. That background now informs the way she designs and holds space—intentional, warm, and deeply supportive.
Jenna feels most at home when she’s in nature, moving mindfully, and helping others remember who they really are. She has led numerous retreats and women’s circles in San Diego, creating sacred spaces where participants feel truly seen and held. Her approach weaves together movement, breath, holistic health, and soulful presence to guide women into alignment, clarity, and radiant well-being.
